The higher the shutter speed, the more in focus the picture is.
You would want shutter speed to be your priority if you ever want to take a picture of a moving object, it will come out more in focus.

The Daguerrotype was discovered in 1839, by Louis Jacques Mande Daguerre. A Daguerrotype is a silver-plated copper plate that is first buffed then, the plate is polished. After that, the plate is sensitized to light over iodine and bromine in specialized, light-proof boxes.Sir John Herschel discovered the cyanotype in 1842. First you brush the chemicals onto a paper, then place a negative on top of the paper. Next, you put some glass over the negative and put the whole thing in the sun for 6 minutes. After that, put the paper in water.

Once they had finished, they waited a while before going on the hike. Jenny eagerly leads the way while looking around for things to take pictures of. Something in the BushesThe two friends were both enjoying the hike. But then, Chris starts feeling like they are being watched. Jenny was mostly focused on her photos. In this picture, the DOF is very small, so only the middle box is in focus. In this picture, the first two boxes are in focus. The whole picture is in focus.DSLR- Digital single lens reflex camera uses mirrors to direct light from the lens to the view finder which is a hole on the back of the camera that you look through
Exposure- amount of light collected ny the sensor in your camera during a picture if the shot is exposed for too long it will be bright if it is exposed for too short it will be dark, 3 primary controls are Arperture, shutter speed, and iso Aperture- Hole in a lens which light travels into the camera body Size of aperture - they are expressed in f-numbers, these f-numbers are known as f-stops are a way of describing the size of aperture or how open or closed the aperture is a smaller f-stop means a larger aperture Shutter speed- ale known as "exposure time" stands for the length of time a camera shuttle is open to expose light into the camera sensor if the shutter speed is fats, it can help to freeze action completely, if it is slow it can create an effect called "motion blur" shutter speeds measured- measured in fractions of a second, when it is under a second it means it is a quarter of a second, slower shutter speed is 160, anything lower than that should be on a tripod or a solid surface Modes of DSLR- M- mania control over aperture and shutter A- Aperture priority S- Shutter priority P- Camera sets shuttler speed & aperture Camera obscura was the first significant step in utilizing light to generate an image on a selected surface. Its design is simple: a dark enclosed room with a pinhole in the center of one wall to allow light to enter. The light projects an image of what is outside the pinhole onto a wall, a backwards and vertically flipped image.
